Tools for your Content Journey

After constantly writing and creating content over various pages and social media platforms that I handle, I feel that I haven’t been able to share my work and inspire others. Thus, I need to brew ideas to market my content across the world wide web.

Through Content Marketing, I can look forward to sharing my views and opinions with audiences that may be interested in the genre of work I’m dabbled in.

But how? Elementary, I should add, with the ability to share my work through the effective means of Content Marketing

I could organize, manage, maintain relationships, manage distribution, and a lot more with Content Marketing.
Although, Content Marketing begets the question - what are the best ways to do content marketing?

One of the best ways to assist with your content marketing efforts is to make use of the available content marketing tools online.

With content marketing tools - taking your content to the next level has never been easier. But how do you effectively use tools for content marketing?

These are some of the tools that I use to get my content out and about:

  • SEMRush
  • UberFlip
  • Monday.com
  • Trello
  • Hemingway Editor

SemRush

When it comes to keyword research, I would use SEMRush to help me understand search marketing better. Checking for keywords, competitor ads, and finding out how other people scale their online presence organically.

Uberflip

Uberflip, the one stop content management tool for your content creation needs

Imagine having tools readily available at your fingertips. That’s how good Uberflip is. It is a hassle to manage a lot of different content and their respective mediums.

But with Uberflip, it would assist you in managing blog content, images, designs, and a lot more.

Additionally, Uberflip allows you to build content hubs to help streamline users’ experience once they visit your site.

monday.com

monday.com is the ideal calendar tool for your content marketing tasks

I found it ironic that the most dreaded day of the week would somehow end up being named as a go-to tool for organization. But if the shoe fits, then wear it!

Managing your content can be similar to managing your project. In simpler terms, Project Management. The deal with monday.com is that it is your personal tool to plan your content. A calendar with features that allowed me to organize work as per the genre associated with it.

Trello

Trello is a perfect platform to share ideas among colleagues and stakeholders in any environment

Although most of my time beckons me to work solo, I do collaborate with external people and peers for my work. It becomes mundane to individually send emails, or forward to all recipients, especially when certain partners may be elusive to content without context.

This is where Trello comes into play.

Trello bridges the gap between the creator, the team, and the client. Using Trello’s lists, cards, and boards, Projects can be commented upon, discussed, and carried out to execution.

Hemingway Editor

The Hemingway Editor is a brilliant content development tool for all your articles and blogs

As often as possible, I finish my content with an edit to make sure there are no loopholes.

The Hemingway editor is one such tool that helps me out when it comes to editing long-form content for fluency, grammar, tone, and sentence structure.

The tool is a brilliant analyzer for passive voice, adverbs used, and alternatives for difficult phrases.

Overall, it makes my content more readable, and it is easy to use.

Epilogue

Content Marketing tools help market content in a more effective and efficient fashion. Reaching out to similar audiences is now easier and made organically possible.

My journey through content marketing effectively took a good leap with the above tools.
